Ella is currently a junior at Arlington High School with dual enrollment through Running Start at Everett Community College. Her goal is to graduate in June of 2026 with a high school diploma and associate degree. After graduation she plans on attending a four year university to study Business and/or Entrepreneurship.

 

Ella hopes to EMPOWER young people to feel good about themselves for who they are, not how they look. With children developing eating disorders as young as 10 years old, she plans on speaking to health classes in local schools to encourage positive self-esteem, educate about eating disorders and how to prevent them, and be a positive role model. As a teenager, she understands the challenges of social media and how it can negatively influence body image and lead to body comparison, body dissatisfaction and disordered eating which are all contributors to eating disorder development. She is an ambassador for Project Heal, an organization whose vision is for every person with an eating disorder to have the resources and opportunities they need to heal.
